Autumn reflections - a clarinet and piano recital with Birce Kayhan (Purcell School of Music)
Up and coming young star clarinetist Birce Kayhan and pianist Eleanor Meynell will take you on a reflective journey through some beautiful mellow music perfect for an autumn evening. In this special recital of well-known works for clarinet, Birce will demonstrate some more unusual pieces and showcase some special effects that might surprise you!

Tibetan bowls, steel pan, 2 violins, piano and voice. To included works by Joseph Phibbs (new commission), Rebecca Clarke and Arvo Pärt.
A mixture of plainchant and folksongs, with Tibetan bowls and other exotic instruments creating a powerful mystical atmopshere and soothing soundscape to calm the senses.
